Can I pay for my appointment at home in cash on the day?
No. We require full payment to be made by debit card in advance of your appointment. Payment by credit card a 3% fee will added to the total amount.
What information do I have to give to book an appointment?
In order for us to book your appointment, we require your full name and address, the address of the appointment if different, an email address and mobile telephone number. We also require your bank card details. All your personal information is protected in accordance with the UK Data Protection Legislation (the Data Protection Act 1998).
Will I get a receipt or confirmation of the payment?
Yes. As soon as your payment has been processed you will receive a confirmation email to your nominated email address.
What if I need to cancel my appointment? You may cancel your at home appointment at any time up to 48 hours before the time scheduled for the appointment. To cancel an appointment, simply contact Blossom and Jasmine on 0845 269 5937 or email at email@example.com .Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time for the appointment will not be refunded. For pamper parties and corporate events cancelation policy is 7 days and we require £50 non refundable deposit.
What if I'm running late for my appointment?
Late start of booking/treatment will result in a reduction of treatment time.
What if my therapist running late to my appointment or did not turn up ? Please call our office on 0845 2695 937
My medical issues? In the interests of your safety and comfort please let us know of any medical issues or general information including medications, pregnancy, allergies, etc when you book your appointment as it that may affect the outcome of your treatment. We consider this and any other personal information to be highly confidential and treated with absolute discretion.
What products will my therapist will use?
You can make a request for specific products by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling on 08452695937. If you do not make a specific request, we will use our own recommended range of sumptuous products.
Can I have a beauty treatment and a massage by the same therapist?
Beauty treatments and massages can be performed by the same therapist.
Do you offer Gift Vouchers?
Yes, we offer a wide range of vouchers that can be tailored to suit the recipient's needs. Click on our Gift Voucher page to find out more.
Can I book an appointment for a friend as a gift?
Yes, as long as you have the time/date, full address details, contact number and email address, this is no problem and makes a very popular gift. Alternatively you can purchase a Gift voucher and allow them to choose the time/date and treatment for themselves. Our Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase date.
I want to share my appointment with a friend – can I do this?
Yes. Up to two people can share the time with one therapist and split the cost. Any more than two people would be a party/group booking see our parties parties page for more information.
What areas do you cover?
We cover all major towns , cities and villages in England, Scotland & Wales.
How long will my appointment take?
It depends on the treatment you choose, but the minimum appointment time is one hour for at home treatments. Pamper parties and corporate events minimum booking is 2 hours per therapist.When you book your appointment you can see the time guidelines for each treatment; for certain treatments you can choose the amount of time you would like.
If I am not happy with Blossom & Jasmine therapist service or part of experience?
Although we are confident you will love our service, if you are not satisfied with our service for any reason please call us immediately to tell us why. Please call our office on 0845 2695 937 before your therapist has left to register any complaint. Please note that complains after your therapist have left your premises will be not excepted.
What happens if my therapist can't make my appointment? In the event that the therapist is unable to attend your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel or appoint a suitably qualified substitute, approved by our team manager to perform professional services . You will be informed of this change as soon is possible by Blossom and Jasmine customer service.
